The 2007 David Garnes Memorial Basketball Tournament was held at Rose Hill Christian School beginning on December 20. This year's tournament was very successful and competitive. Eight teams competed during the three day event. The competing schools were; Somerset High School from Somerset PA, Horizon Science High School from Columbus OH, Manchester High School from Manchester OH, Bath Co. High School, Felicity Franklin High School from Franklin OH, Greenup Co. High School, Village Academy High School from Columbus OH, and Rose Hill Christian School. Bath Co. High School defeated Rose Hill Christian School in the final game to claim the championship. We would like to thank all the schools who participated, their coaching staffs and players, all the many loving people who worked hard to make the tournament a success, and all the fans who attended the games. God was truly at work during this tournament, and it is our prayer that through this event he would be glorified. |
